Rusthall Community and Youth Project

Zone Youth Club have won a
Green Pennant Award from the Civic Trust for green space management.
We went to Hall Place at Bexley for the day to receive the award and a
good time was had by everyone.

The ZONE garden was created from the ideas and designs
of the Zone Youth Club members, giving them an opportunity for ownership
and commitment to their garden and allowing for educational, scientific
and recreational use.
The layout has several themes to show various
garden types and is very much a touch, taste and smell garden.
For many of our young people it is their first
taste of gardening and the garden is intended to grow with them.
