The
“project work” is usually carried out for about an hour; discussions, food
and games usually follow this. Our
group is organised as follows: Co-ordinator
– This
person encourages the group to carry out projects arranged for that day. This is
not a ‘boss’ position. Communications
Officer -
This person writes up our meetings every week, they also write up newspaper and
magazine articles if relevant. Treasurer
– Keeps a record of the money incomings and outgoings. Events
Co-ordinator – Organises days out among other events. Health
& Safety Officer – Makes sure that everything is safe and hazard
free. We
all rotate and take it in turns to do each job.
