How Do You Get a Project Started

1. Ask your local Council for advice, they can give you help with funding and advice on creating or starting your project.
2. Make sure all the members of the group are patient and willing to follow the project through.
3. Get plenty of adult volunteer help.
4. Donations of tools, etc. from local people and businesses.
5. Funding, try your Local Council Community Liason Officer. Even if they don't give you any money, they will be able to give you ideas and contacts to apply to for funding.
6. Ask local Companies for donations when fund raising.
7. There are no quick fixes it takes time look at it long term.
